From customer-supplied 3D models or digital files, we can design parts from scratch and test them for integrity.

We design and build machines and fixtures in house with our state of the art design software and machines.

We design and build jigs and fixtures such as CMM holding fixtures, which allow customers to measure parts quickly and accurately in their facility.

Complex custom detail machining is our specialty although production machining is a large part of our business.

We can cut intricate shapes with our wire machine that other machines are not capable of.

After finalizing the initial design, we develop prototypes in line with customer specifications and feedback.

We use MasterCAM software to create custom G-codes that drive our CNC machines. G-codes instruct the machine tooling on what path to take, where to make cuts, and/or where to drill holes.

We perform formal inspections, including FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports). With different types of inspection, we make sure your parts meet the proper industry and manufacturer specifications.

This standard finishing process enhances the final metal product’s properties, making it harder and more wear-resistant.
